The Road Not Taken

Xinbo, Ding Daning, Guo hua, Chen Yimu graduated from the same university. Just like many other young people, they are self-righteous but fragile; they are arrogant but sensitive; they dream big but do small. They think they are distinguish from their generation... After a series of frustration in the beginning of their career, they try to escape. From metropolis to small city to countryside. During their journey, they witness the change of their hometown, they feel their parents’ love and care. Seeing Dr. Young’s resolution in leading the villages to get rid of poverty, they finally learned that greatness is rooted in hard work. The kind fellows from song and dance ensemble help them to realize how to live their life. In the end, Guo hua and Chen Yimu decide to end this journey and back to their real life.
